Amazon’s extended holiday return policy requires that orders shipped by you or by Amazon between November 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013 may be returned until January 31, 2014 for a full refund, subject to our return guidelines.
Please remember that as stated in your seller agreement, you have agreed to accept and process returns and refunds in accordance with Amazon’s return policies. Failure to comply with the terms of your seller agreement may result in the removal of your selling privileges.
